Snow at our House!!!

We got snow at our house for the first time this winter!!! It sounds very likely that we will get more tonight and/or tomorrow. Here are some pictures I took from our house.

Wonderful Wintry Nights

Ah, wonderful, wintry, Christmas time. That's what it's like out here on the range right now. Beautiful pink and orange sunsets, cold, starry nights...a Christmas tree in the front window. To me, these are some of the best types of wintry nights. Tonight's sunset was captured through the lens of my camera. Hope you enjoy the pictures!

Bald Eagles have Arrived!!!

Bald eagles have been spotted in Linn County out here where we live!!! They seem to have arrived a bit earlier than previous years but maybe I was just oblivious to them in the past until Christmas was over.
